1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Dry Fruit Haven website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including those who register for an account, scan QR codes, participate in lucky draws, and any other interactions with our Platform.
2. Lucky Draw Program
The Dry Fruit Haven Lucky Draw Program allows users to earn points by scanning QR codes found on products purchased from partner stores. These points can be used to participate in periodic lucky draws for a chance to win prizes.
2.1 Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Participants must have a valid registered account on our Platform.
- Only purchases made from authorized partner stores are eligible.
- Each QR code is valid for a single scan only.
- Participants must reside in India and have a valid Indian address for prize delivery.
2.2 Entry Process
- Purchase eligible products from partner stores.
- Locate the unique QR code on the product packaging.
- Scan the QR code using our Platform's scanner.
- Upon successful scan, you will receive particular points.
- Each QR code can be scanned only once and is non-transferable.
3. QR Code Usage
- QR codes are the property of Dry Fruit Haven and partner stores.
- QR codes cannot be duplicated, altered, or tampered with in any way.
- Attempts to reuse a QR code will be detected and may result in account suspension.
- QR codes found to be counterfeit or fraudulent will be invalidated immediately.
- The QR code must be intact and undamaged to be valid.
- QR codes have an expiration date based on product shelf life.
4. Points System
- Each valid QR code scan earns respected points.
- Points are credited to your account immediately upon successful scan.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Minimum 50 points are required to participate in lucky draws.
- Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
- Points earned through fraudulent activities will be forfeited.

5. Prizes and Rewards
- Prizes are determined by Dry Fruit Haven and may vary by draw.
- Winners are selected randomly through a computer-generated process.
- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
- Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be offered to alternate winners.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect information such as your name, email, phone number, address, and purchase history to facilitate the lucky draw program and communicate with you about prizes and promotions.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dry Fruit Haven and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Platform
- Delay or failure in processing QR code scans
- Technical issues, server downtime, or network interruptions
- Loss of points due to technical errors
- Fraudulent use of QR codes or accounts

9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to manipulate the system or cheat
- Fraudulent activities related to QR codes or points
- Harassment of other users or staff
- Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
10. Changes to Terms
Dry Fruit Haven reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our Platform or sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
